Today, Crunchyroll® announced that the ultimate anime party at San Diego Comic-Con is back — bigger, better, and more powerful than ever. On Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th, the CRUNCHYROLL ANIME FANFEST will take over The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, just behind the San Diego Convention Center, for two days filled with anime and music inspired by Japanese animation. This year, the festival promises to be a unique and completely free experience for everyone—you don’t need a Comic-Con pass!*

Friday, July 25:
Crunchyroll Anime FanFest will kick off with the best of the Japanese music scene and global sounds inspired by anime.
SPYAIR — Japanese rock band behind the Haikyu!! theme song. The Dumpster Battle
yama — J-Pop singer performing the ending theme song for SPY×FAMILY
ASH DA HERO — Punk band performing “Judgement” for BLUE LOCK
Slushii — DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with anime influences
Magnolia Park — Anime-inspired gothic alternative rock band
Hyper Potions — Electronic music artist known for his anime-style soundscapes
VGR — EDM producer known for his remixes of video game and anime music
James Landino — Composer and DJ who worked on the Tower of God original soundtrack
Saturday, July 26:
This day, the festival will showcase the influence of anime on hip-hop, R&B, and more, inviting attendees to explore the connection between music and their passion for anime. Also noteworthy are the participation of two Latin artists, Puerto Rican Pink Pablo and Colombian Alenoise.

Additionally, fans can enjoy pop-up shops featuring exclusive artist and anime merchandise, receive gifts, and explore the Activations Crosswalk, featuring immersive experiences from Gachiakuta, Kaiju No. 8, Rising of the Shield Hero, and more, while enjoying unforgettable performances throughout the day and night.
The Crunchyroll Anime FanFest is free to all attendees. Doors will open at 1 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday. Look for the Crunchyroll team and signs to locate the event entrance.
