Last night, ROSALÍA took over Madrid’s Gran Vía with a historic visual event that stopped the city in its tracks. In complete darkness, the lights across the area were shut off before reigniting to reveal the official LUX album artwork, a stunning spectacle broadcast via global livestream. The moment symbolized the album’s central theme: rebirth through light, mystique, and transformation.

Recorded with the London Symphonic Orchestra under the direction of Daníel Bjarnason, LUX features a visionary lineup of collaborators Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Yahritza, Yves Tumor, and the Escolania de Montserrat i Cor Cambra Palau de la Música Catalana.
As Executive Producer, ROSALÍA crafted a soundscape that moves fluidly between intimacy and grandeur, blending flamenco roots, experimental electronics, and orchestral arrangements to explore the divine complexity of womanhood.
