Global superstar and Latin pop icon Enrique Iglesias unleashes a powerful new version of his hit single today with the worldwide release of “La Botella (Remix),” an electrifying collaboration featuring urban Latin heavyweight El Alfa, acclaimed Cuban singer-songwriter Descemer Bueno, and breakout talents L. Kimii, Wow Popy, El Dray, Omi Hernandez, and KM. The track is poised to take over summer playlists with its fresh sound and high-octane energy.

Released initially by Enrique and Descemer in 2023, the original “La Botella” blended Enrique’s signature pop sensibility with Descemer’s unmistakable Cuban soul. The song quickly became a global hit, topping international charts and amassing millions of streams. With lyrics evoking themes of nostalgia, heartbreak, and friendship, the track resonated deeply with Latin music fans worldwide.

El Alfa’s unmistakable voice and the raw charisma of the next generation of Latin stars supercharge the production in the new remix, which intensifies the track with Cubatón, a vibrant blend of reggaetón and Cuban urban beats. The result is a bold, irresistible anthem made to dominate dance floors and playlists alike all summer long.

Accompanying the release is a dynamic music video shot on location at iconic sites across Cuba. Although Enrique does not appear in the video, it captures the spirit, rhythm, and cultural richness of the island, highlighting the collaborative essence of Latin music and the unity it inspires.

Enrique Iglesias has achieved a remarkable record, with an astonishing 154 number-one singles on Billboard charts. He also holds the title of the artist with the most NUMBER 1s on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, which is why the magazine has called him the top Latin artist of all time. With such an impressive track record, “Fría” is undoubtedly set to add to his legacy of chart-topping hits.

“Así es la Vida” ft. María Becerra, part of  FINAL VOL. 2, reached the top spot on Billboard’s coveted “Tropical Airplay” chart this past December, a position Enrique first claimed in 2014 with his mega-hit “Bailando.” In early February, the Spanish artist released “Fría,” the collaboration with Yotuel that remained on the “Latin Airplay” chart for 20 weeks.
