Within an hour, Jay Wheeler achieved a SOLD OUT for his upcoming show Girasoles at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, slated for Saturday, October 18, 2025. Due to overwhelming fan demand for tickets, Wheeler announced a second night for Friday, October 17, 2025, marking his triumphant return to the stage where it all began. Produced by José “Pepe” Dueño, tickets are now available through ticketera.com.

After a year-long career hiatus following the birth of her daughter, Wheeler announced his return through a special episode of his viral podcast, Random Chat. This will be the third time “La Voz Favorita” has performed at the prestigious venue in his native Puerto Rico.

The show is inspired by his latest album, Girasoles, released in April under Dynamic Records/EMPIRE label. This 15-track concept album represents Wheeler’s personal and artistic growth musically, in three stages: life’s challenges, transformation, and emotional maturity. The project was enthusiastically received globally, debuting on Spotify’s Top Debut Albums Global and trending three songs simultaneously on YouTube Puerto Rico.

Standout tracks featured on the album include: “Una Como Tú,”“No Sé Qué Me Queda (NSQMQ),” and “Abrázame Fuerte,” as well as the viral hit “Nota”featuring Omar Courtz, which is nearing 30 million streams globally and has surpassed 5 million YouTube views.
