The worlds of football and Latin music are about to collide in spectacular fashion. YouTube and the National Football League have announced that GRAMMY® Award-winning global superstar KAROL G will deliver the halftime show at the 2025 NFL São Paulo Game — the first NFL live broadcast to stream exclusively on YouTube.
Taking place Friday, September 5, 2025 at the Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil, the Week 1 showdown will feature the reigning AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs facing the Los Angeles Chargers. The entire game will be streamed free worldwide on YouTube, with pre-game coverage starting at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. BRT, and kickoff at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. BRT.

This historic game is part of YouTube’s growing collaboration with the NFL, redefining how fans connect with football. Last year, audiences watched 350 million+ hours of official NFL content on YouTube. The partnership, now in its third season with NFL Sunday Ticket, is bringing sports, music, and creator culture together like never before.

Ahead of kickoff, Brazilian star Ana Castela will perform the Hino Nacional Brasileiro (Brazilian National Anthem), while GRAMMY® and Emmy-nominated American composer Kamasi Washington delivers the U.S. National Anthem.
