Following a record-setting 2025 edition, LaMezcla’s digital DJ competition expands its multi-platform reach across app, radio, and web.
LaMezcla Media Group has officially announced the return of its annual Mix Madness Online DJ Tournament, set to take place in March 2026. Building on the momentum of its 2025 edition, the digital competition will once again spotlight emerging and established DJs through a structured, audience-driven format powered by the LaMezcla Music App, LaMezcla.com, and LaMezcla Radio.
The 2025 tournament delivered measurable engagement across platforms, generating more than 42,000 votes, featuring 8 participating DJs and 30 original mixes, and surpassing 480 minutes streamed during the competition window. The activation demonstrated the growing appetite for curated DJ content within LaMezcla’s ecosystem while reinforcing the company’s ability to drive digital participation at scale.
For 2026, Mix Madness will return with an updated visual identity and an expanded digital rollout strategy. The tournament will once again center around head-to-head DJ matchups, audience voting, and curated mix placements within the LaMezcla Music App. Participating DJs will receive structured exposure across editorial coverage, in-app features, and radio programming support, creating a competitive yet collaborative platform for talent amplification.
LaMezcla’s integrated distribution model ensures that Mix Madness is not limited to social engagement alone. Each mix will be embedded within the LaMezcla Music App for streaming and discovery, supported by push notifications and homepage placements designed to drive user sessions and listening time. In parallel, LaMezcla Radio will feature select tournament mixes, extending exposure to its digital broadcast audience.
The tournament also serves as a measurable engagement driver for the broader LaMezcla ecosystem. With a growing base of app users, consistent website traffic, and an active DJ roster, Mix Madness functions as both a content activation and a community-building initiative. The 2026 edition will introduce additional promotional integrations and structured campaign support to increase participation and streaming volume compared to the prior year.
As digital DJ culture continues to expand within Latin music markets, Mix Madness positions LaMezcla as a platform actively investing in DJ visibility, competitive discovery, and interactive audience participation.
The return of Mix Madness in March 2026 marks another step in LaMezcla Media Group’s ongoing mission to amplify Latin music culture through digital innovation, multi-platform programming, and scalable community-driven initiatives.
